The story is about Tino, a homeless drug addict, who desires the love and acceptance of his father, Charles Anderson, the Police Commissioner of Philadelphia.
However will Tino’s broken lifestyle and passion for ballet continue to put distance between the two, and place their relationship in jeopardy. Along the way, Tino meets Trista, a strong and magnetic girl. Will she help him return home, or will she prove to be a stumbling block?
