$150 for the first 90 minutes
$75 for an additional 30 minutes
($225 for 2 hours)
$100 for each additional hour (up to 4 hours)
A house manager / tech person is included in the rate.
If food or beverages will be served there is a $300 security deposit required.
VENUE
State-of-the-art theater is equipped with a 1080p, HD DPL Digital Projector, an HD Projection Screen (18' w X 10' h), and Surround Sound.

Our venue is available to rent for film screenings or speakers only (no live theater events), and is only available on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays.

NINE MONTHS. WE BOOK OUR VENUE ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS.
HOW CAN I ARRANGE A SITE VISIT OF THE VENUE(S) IN WHICH I AM INTERESTED?
SITE VISITS ARE AVAILABLE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, AT LEAST FOUR BUSINESS DAYS IN ADVANCE. DEPENDING ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE VENUE IN WHICH YOU ARE INTERESTED, WE SCHEDULE VISITS MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY, 10am-11:30am, 3pm–6pm.
WHAT IS PLAYHOUSE WEST'S POLICY ON PLACING HOLDS ON DATES?
WE MAY AS A COURTESY HOLD YOUR DATE OF INTEREST FOR UP TO TWO WEEKS. ONCE THE TWO WEEK DEADLINE CONCLUDES, WE WILL ASK YOU TO CONFIRM OR RELEASE YOUR HOLD.
IF YOUR EVENT IS MORE THAN 60 DAYS AWAY, YOU MAY HOLD YOUR DATE WITH A NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT EQUAL TO HALF THE EVENT RENTAL RATE. THE EVENT RENTAL BALANCE MUST BE PAID 15 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT DATE.
TO CONFIRM YOUR DATE, A NONREFUNDABLE PAYMENT OF THE EVENT RENTAL FEE IS REQUIRED ALONG WITH YOUR SIGNED CONTRACT. ANY EVENT SCHEDULED LESS THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE REQUIRES THE SIGNED CONTRACT AND IMMEDIATE FULL PAYMENT OF THE NONREFUNDABLE RENTAL FEE.
WE MAY ALSO REQUIRE A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE FOR SOME EVENTS.
HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT?
PAYMENT CAN BE MADE VIA CREDIT CARD, CASH OR CHECK. ALL RETURNED CHECKS WILL BE ASSESSED A $25 FEE. PAYMENT CAN BE COLLECTED OVER THE PHONE, OR VIA A SQUARE INVOICE.
